Legolas was annoyed. Aragorn had every right to enter any room in
Minas Tirith but there was such thing as courtesy. And why the
astonishment? By now even the least observant person should have
recognized the bond between him and Gimli.
Legolas rose and pulled the blanket over the sleeping Gimli. The
Dwarf might get upset that Aragorn had seen him naked. Moreover,
Aragorn might have no designs on Gimli, but better safe than sorry.
As an afterthought, he also put his nightshirt on. The conversation
with Aragorn could take a while, and there was no reason to get cold.
